Instructions for using the WildFireWeb® Content Management System
Entourage Mail
Updating an existing Entourage Mail Account
Click the "Entourage Mail" icon in the dock
From the "Tools" menu, select "Accounts"
Select the Account name you wish to update from the list
Enter the Account Name for this account
(this can be anything, but should make sense to "you")
Enter your full name
Enter your e mail address
(substituting "yourdomain" with your actual domain name)
Enter your Account ID
(on the WFW mail server, your mail account id is your full e mail address)
Enter the Incoming Mail server Information
(just as you see here, substituting "yourdomain" with your actual domain name)
so, if your domain is "greatrentals.com" the incoming mail server would be
mail.greatrentals.com
Enter your Password
Do Not change your "Outgoing Mail Server"
**This information is supplied by your ISP (Internet Service Provider)
It will be something like...
smtp.sbcglobal.net
smtp.comcast.net
smtp.earthlink.net
If you are unsure, check with your service provider for the correct Outgoing mail server name.
Click the "OK"
Close all open windows and save the changes if prompted.
Congratulations!
Entourage is now configured to access your new e mail account!
